If your invite to the Royal Wedding seems to have got lost in the post, or you simply can't afford the plane ticket to London, there may just be another way to watch this historical event.

Yesterday the Royal Household announced that footage of the entire ceremony will be streamed live on their official YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/theroyalchannel. So now you can watch the Royal Wedding from the comfort of your living room!

Streaming will begin at 10:00a BST (9:00a GMT, 2:00a PT, 5:00a ET) on Friday, April 29. It will follow the wedding procession, marriage ceremony at Westminster Abbey then finally the balcony kiss.

A Royal Engagement

William and Kate attended their last official engagement before the Royal Wedding yesterday, making the countdown to the big day even more exciting.

Thousands of people braved the rain to greet the couple as they opened Darwen Aldridge Community Centre before visiting Witton Country Park. During the trip they launched the SkillForce Prince's Award, which recognises young people's contributions to their local communities.

From next summer any teenagers that make a major contribution to their community will receive the award.

Have you got Royal Wedding Fever? We're all getting rather excited about the big day and it seems there are many ways to get in on the action. From our lovely collection of Royal Wedding Memorabilia to official commemorative stamps and, wait for it... a limited edition Royal Wedding Oyster card!

For all the souvenir collectors out there, the specially designed Oyster card - featuring a portrait of the couple - will be available from all London Underground and overground stations and some National Rail ticket offices. 750,000 of the cards will be available for the usual £5 deposit and £5 minimum top-up.

Royal Mail have also produced their own commemorative stamps to mark the wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton. Take a look at the full Royal range here.

The World's Biggest Easter Egg

With only four days until Easter Sunday, you can't blame us for having chocolate on the brain! (Again)

And with so much talk of chocolate eggs, we began to wonder what the world's biggest Easter egg looks like? Well, it looks just like this...

It took a whopping 50,0000 bars of chocolate, twenty-six craftsman and 525 hours to build this mouth-watering egg. The Belgian chocolate producer Guylian made the chocolate egg on behalf of the city of St. Niklaas.

Now that's an egg we'd certainly like to receive for easter!

Highlights from the Vitality Show...

Well, I don't know about you, but we had an amazing time at the Vitality Show at Earls Court last week, and as promised, here's a little round up of what the TreatHer team got up to during the four-day show...

Our first task was of course to set up shop, (which I must say looked rather fabulous once we had finished on Thursday morning) Here are some photos of the stool itself:

Friday

After discovering an alternative health section, myself and Serina couldn't resist a spot of relaxation - especially since each treatment was only £8 for twenty minutes! So we booked ourselves in for a Reiki Healing session followed by a Shiatsu Massage, which we both thoroughly enjoyed.

From the moment she arrived, Dana was curious about having a Tarot & Astrology reading. After thinking it over throughout the day she finally decided to go ahead and make some enquiries. She returned with a big smile and an 8-page report incorporating her birth date, a palm reading and seven hand-picked tarot cards.

Saturday

A few members of the team spotted the Sally Hansen nail station and a bargain of, wait for it... five pounds for a twenty minute manicure and hand massage! Needless to say we didn't waste any time in booking ourselves in for that one!

Domitille passed by the Ibiza Angels for a 7 minute massage and arrived back at the stool feeling ultra relaxed from the head, neck & shoulder massage.

Sunday

On Sunday, the final day of the show, we began by setting up the shop and hunting for goodie bags!

We had a really great day interacting with customers and helping everyone choose their gifts- we also managed to bag quite a few freebies and discounts too!

Camilla returned from lunch looking rather stunning after a free makeover on the Boujois counter - which came in extremely handy for her birthday celebrations later that evening!

But the highlight of the day had to be when myself, Domitille and Camilla were offered a free hair styling session by the KMS team, here come the photos...

Healthy Pancakes - Is that really possible?

Chocolate cake, muffins and two birthdays in one week, here at the TreatHer office we've been slightly over-indulging during the Valentine's Day rush. (We did manage to nibble on a few carrots on Friday, if that's any consolation.)

Ok so it has nothing to do with gifts but it's a new week and a new healthy start for us - she says munching on a banana. So we were wondering if it's possible to resist temptation on Pancake Day? And the answer is simple, healthy pancakes!

After listening to some rather odd combinations of pancake fillers on the radio this morning- from melted mars bars to Marmite and jam - it occurred to me that there may actually be a way of making healthy pancakes.

And there is - white whole wheat flour! It turns out that white wheat is a naturally occurring albino variety of wheat, which, when turned into whole wheat flour, doesn’t have the heavy taste of the common whole wheat flour (made from red wheat) we're used to.

So if you fancy making some healthy pancakes this Shrove Tuesday, why not grab some white whole wheat flour from your local health food store and give it a go. Here's a recipe I found earlier... enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
1 cups white whole-wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup Sucanat
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups organic buttermilk
1 large free-range egg, lightly beaten
1 tablespoons melted butter
oil or butter for the pan

1. Stir all dry ingredients together in a large bowl, then add wet ingredients.

2. Lightly stir until just combined, leaving some lumps. Overbeating will result in tough pancakes.

3. Brush skillet with oil or butter over medium heat until a droplet of water sizzles. Pour batter into pan and cook until small bubbles form in pancake. Flip, cook and remove to a warm plate.

4. Top with your favorite pancake toppings, and eat them like there’s no Wednesday.

Twilight: Here comes the New Moon!

Unless you've been living under a rock for the past year, you will know that the world has gone blood-sucking crazy...

It seems every other girl has fallen in love with all things vampire! Dark, brooding and with a 21st century twist of actually having a soul, we've come to love the walking undead on our cinema screens (with Twilight and now The Twilight Saga: New Moon) and even in our living rooms (with gritty TV show True Blood).

To reflect this new-found obsession, I've found a great selection of vampire inspired products, from Bella's Moonstone Necklace, inspired by the beautiful ring the pale-skinned heroine wears in the Twilight films, to True Love Necklace, a full red heart made of Murano glass that glistens blood red in the light.

Last week I started looking at how and what to buy for Christmas for those people in our lives who we don’t find it as easy to choose for as our closest family and friends. This week I'd like to continue on this theme with a look at what to buy distant relatives.

Although the phrase “distant relatives” often brings elderly persons to mind, it can also apply to those you don't see so often or don’t know so well. Hello again and welcome to my weekly look at what's hot and what's not in the world of gifts.
As you will be aware, over the last few weeks I have been looking at Christmas gift ideas for those people in our lives who, much as we like, we might not necessarily know well enough to know exactly what to buy them.

Christmas gifts for your male friends

Hello once again, and welcome to my weekly musings on how to give the perfect gift for every occasion. Gift giving is creeping into everyone's consciousness at the moment of course, and although some people finished their Christmas shopping long ago, I, like most of us, have yet to start.
In order to help you get through this intensive gift giving time, I intend to write a little list of recommendations in the coming weeks to suit all relationship combinations. After all, no one wants to give an inappropriate gift by mistake and create a difficult atmosphere at work or among friends. In fact it's friends I'd like to start with this week and -more specifically - male friends.

There are many gift types to make your choice from and as usual, it's all about the person's personality and what they might like rather than what might appeal to you.
